What we did:
The Rice Lake Tourism Commission wanted to increase visitors during the "off season." We engaged local community help with a Favorite Photo contest. Lucky winners would be published (coincidently, this eliminated photography costs).
6-panel letter-fold, 4-color (spot varnish on photos). Self-mailer with perforated Business Reply Card.
