The original management team at Renewal asked us to collaborate on the Renewal Business Operations Package. Renewal's business approach is a unique document-driven process:
Together we developed a comprehensive 6-volume set of manuals, tools and forms detailing every aspect of managing a Renewal operation, from business basics to marketing to product installation.
Initial work included copywriting and overall design, establishing graphics guidelines and producing content easy-to-update by Renewal’s in-house graphics team. Because things always change, Renewal's documentation system is designed to be inexpensive to produce and easy to update. For example, we used off-the-shelf 3-ring binders (with transparent pockets for the cover inserts).
